Ingredients
1 cup (250ml) milk of choice (dairy, soy, almond, oat etc)
1 tsp of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
1 pinch of ginger powder or 1 small piece of grated fresh ginger
1 pinch of ground black pepper
1 tsp of honey or maple syrup
Instructions
Pour all the ingredients into a saucepan and heat for 3-5 minutes over medium heat, until it's hot, but not boiling.
